As Interim Chief Financial Advisor, Joanna oversees Seattle Foundation’s accounting, investment, information technology and human resources functions.

Joanna has provided executive leadership for public and private global technology, manufacturing and professional service organizations. Most recently she was CEO of MicroGREEN Polymers, manufacturer of the award-winning InCycle® cup used by major airlines, stepping in from the Board of Directors to lead a turnaround effort. From 2010 to 2014 she was Managing Partner and Chief Financial and Operating Officer at NBBJ. Prior to joining NBBJ, Joanna founded Sound Business Solutions, Inc., a C-Suite interim leadership and business consulting practice. Before launching her consulting practice, Joanna spent 12 years at Intel Corporation (INTC) where she held executive positions in Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Operations and Human Resources across multiple business units and locations.

She currently serves on the boards of Delta Dental of Washington, The Kleinfelder Group and Woods Bagot. In addition, she is an NACD Leadership Fellow and serves on the board of the NW Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

In 2007 The Columbian B2B Magazine recognized Joanna among the Most Powerful Women in Clark County. She is a member of WCD (Women Corporate Directors) and IWF (International Women’s Forum). Joanna earned a B.A. at Stanford University and an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Joanna joined Seattle Foundation as Interim CFO in March of 2017.
